Founded in 2005, the Company is headquartered in Markham and is pleased to announce the successful completion of its SOC 2® Type 2 examination.
A SOC 2 examination is an independent assessment performed by a licensed CPA firm to evaluate whether a company has appropriate controls to protect its customer data and function securely and stead fastly.
In this examination, the design and operating effectiveness was evaluated over the period from 15th September 2025 to 14th August 2026 to provide reasonable assurance that ICON Media service commitments and system requirements would be achieved based on the trust service criteria for Security, Confidentiality and Availability set for thin TSP Section 100, 2017 Trust Services Principles and Criteria for Security,Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality and Privacy (applicable trust services criteria).
SOC2 reports enable our customers and business partners with independent assurance regarding the controls that we as an organization has implemented to protect their information and support the secure and reliable delivery of the services.
The completion of this examination further strengthens the internal processes fortification and its ongoing approach to information security, risk management, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Eligible customers and business partners may request additional information regarding the SOC 2 report by signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA) which is subject to applicable confidentiality requirements.
