To wrap up 2022, companies around the world held employee events to pay appreciation to their staff and stakeholders who have worked hard all year long. During December 2022, ICON Visual teamed up with Amazon Web Services for their annual holiday event for both AWS employees and customers. With ICON’s experience at Scotiabank Arena, ICON Visual transformed a section of Toronto’s iconic landmark for a celebratory skating event partnered with the Toronto Maple Leafs that included skating on the ice, tech stations, games, concession stands, and more.In order to convert the section of Scotiabank Arena, ICON created branded custom displays, wall vinyl, column wraps, directional signage, and window displays. Each of these elements shaped the area to showcase a charming and professional environment for AWS employees and their customers. ICON Visual also included re-usable pop-up displays for a quick yet effective installation process. These displays were positioned within the surrounding area to highlight the activities within the event itself.As our inaugural project with Amazon Web Services, and ICON is excited to grow our reach in the tech sector through experiential marketing and events and cannot wait for what 2023 has in store.
