As the world’s largest pasta producer, Barilla is always looking for new ways to showcase innovation with their foods and products. In January 2020, ICON travelled with Barilla and some of the world’s greatest chefs to the Cayman Islands for the Cayman Cookout. Guests at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman were treated to a gastronomic journey where they could learn about Italian cuisine from chefs and health professionals.ICON Media sent a team of videographers and producers to help best capture the cookout and create a campaign around it that was launched across social media. This was followed up with a series of photoshoots promoting Barilla’s newest offering – their Airline Catering Ready Meal Solution. For the cookout, ICON Visual designed and installed an experiential booth at the Ritz Carlton where guests could sample recipes and continue expanding their knowledge about Barilla’s wide selection of pastas.
