Last week, ICON proudly sponsored the 2025 Campfire Circle Bonfire Bash, donating all the visuals and signage for the event. Campfire Circle is a remarkable organization that helps heal children affected by serious illness through joy and camp experiences. This year’s event held at the automobile building embraced a wildlife theme, inspired by the message: “Free the Wild in Every Sick Child.”
The scope of our work included outfitting the guest registration area with a series of impactful visuals. Guests were welcomed by flags lining the entrance and a “Welcome to Campfire Circle Bonfire Bash” sign. As they approached the registration table, they passed rows of retractable banners showcasing joyful moments from Campfire Circle camps. The hallway also featured an LED sign displaying the slogan “Free the Wild in Every Sick Child” to align with the event’s theme, along with a large, branded backdrop.
Before entering the cocktail reception, guests were invited to post in front of a custom step and repeat for professional photos. Inside the reception area, the space was transformed with several LED signs featuring words like “Fun” and “Joy”. We wrapped the bars with custom graphics and created paddle project stations made from corrugated cardboard, featuring both Campfire Circle and BMO logos, BMO being the sponsor of the paddle initiative.
The reception area also included a vinyl dance floor printed with a tree pattern to match the wildlife theme, wayfinding signage for portrait stations, and a seating chart to help guests find their tables. Along the walls, vertical banners with a variety of designs added visual depth and energy.
The stage was a focal point, featuring a large LED sign that read “Free the Wild” and suspended circular fabric banners overhead. On each table, we printed table setting mats, event booklets, and table numbers to complete the experience.
The event was a tremendous success! Campfire Circle raised over $2.5 million to help send more children to camp. We’re honoured to support this incredible cause and can’t wait to work with them again!
