The world united in Toronto to celebrate the beautiful game.

ICON worked with The Fifth Inc. to execute a stunning month long fan festival at Toronto's Fort York.

With challenging outdoor conditions, material selection would be absolutely critical. Withstanding everything from a scorching heatwave, to heavy winds, and heavy rain. ICON's fabric and mesh solutions weathered the storm and remained visually stunning throughout.

Mesh scaffolding wraps adorned the entrance and exit gates, and secondary viewing areas, and lighting columns. Each feature presented an opportunity for branding, or to help event goers with wayfinding cues.

The main viewing area was the pièce de résistance, featuring awe-inspiring large fabric prints wrapping the columns flanking the screen. A stage and skirt were also thoughtfully dressed for the occasion. The former featuring a bold and vibrant heavyweight fabric backdrop which made every act stand out.

The event received glowing reviews and consistently sold out. ICON is thrilled to worked such a vibrant event which welcomed football fans from around the world.
