On April 27th, 2023, ICON Digital hosted its 5th Annual charity dinner in support of the Geneva Centre for Autism, raising funds to support their critical work in providing services and resources to individuals and families with autism. Along with hosting and planning this event, ICON’s team was involved in the production and execution of all creative elements including menus & programs, fabric bannerstands, sponsorship signage, cheque signage, and an LED videowall installation.
On Tuesday, August 23rd the CP Women’s Leadership Summit presented by ICON makes an exciting return to Ottawa after two years of being virtual. The summit brought together influential leaders in both business and sports for a fifth year where they had the opportunity to engage in conversations and share their perspectives regarding diversity in their fields and women in leadership. This year, ICON is proud to be the presenting sponsor of such an influential event for leaders in the community to partake in conservations surrounding gender equity, representation, and seat-at-the-table discussions.
From August 13th - 14th, 2022, ICON partnered with Standing Room Only Entertainment Group and North Pole Hoops to take part in the Kayla Alexander Girls Exposure Camp. Over the course of two days, young women from grades 7-12 had the opportunity to participate in an all-encompassing camp focused on empowering young female athletes.
On Thursday, June 16, 2022, ICON held its first event following the COVID-19 pandemic when we hosted over 100 business leaders, philanthropists, and members from the Autism community from across Canada to our 4th Annual Charity Dinner Party in support of the Geneva Centre for Autism (GCA). Throughout the night, guests were able to hear from leaders in businesses like The Toronto Zoo, Seneca College, BMO Capital Markets, and Spicers Canada along with leaders on the Spectrum and how they were able to adapt to the changes brought about by the pandemic. Together, we were able to raise over $41,000 with all proceeds going to the GCA as they continue to serve over 3000 families in Toronto by providing clinical programs and services to individuals with ASD.
ICON continues to grow its relationship with Osmington and Samsung Canada to create innovative digital displays throughout Toronto's refurbished Union Station. ICON's newest installation at the iconic transportation hub includes a massive LED elevator wrap at the Station's Bay Street Promenade.
